Overview: Manjushree Technopack, a leading company in the packaging industry, encountered a hurdle in its expansion plans. The presence of an Extra High Tension (EHT) power line passing through the proposed development site prevented the company from proceeding with the further development. This EHT line not only hindered their growth but also posed safety risks.

Location: Harohalli Industrial Area, Karnataka

Work Done by Apollo:

  • Conducted a thorough site assessment to map the exact routes and potential impact zones of the 66 kV power lines.
  • Developed engineering designs and collaborated with KPTCL to implement modifications to accommodate the expansion.
  • Engaged with KPTCL and obtained the necessary approvals.
  • Completed the entire re-routing with three narrow-based (NB) lattice towers accommodating 66 kV circuits.

Our Achievement:

  • Streamlined and minimized bureaucratic processes and government approvals for Manjushree Technopack.
  • Efficiently utilized space, saving approximately 2 acres of land for future expansion.
